I was driving today and a large poster of one female candidate caught my sight…

not because it's fancy.. but because it has the candidates website url..

I know .. nothing strange there.. most candidates are going electronic.. marzouq il ghanim is broadcasting live !

However, this candidate is playing it better than the rest..

she knows she won't win.. so why waste money on purchasing a domain name..

We were discussing the elections the other night with friends over dinner..
like most Kuwaitis are doing nowadays..
and a friend of mine asked me for the best links concerning the elections..
well.. since I’ve been surfing the elections, here are some useful links:

I can't say that I'm new to Kuwaiti blogs..

but I've always been an observer.. until now..

The Kuwaiti blog scene is expanding and growing rapidly especially now with the coming elections..

the magnitude of blogs and comments makes you think that all Kuwaitis are blogging away!

Anyhow, to cut to the chase..

I came across this site of Hamad Al-Sharhan who classified the current candidates into white, black, and grey lists.

Interesting reading.. so I won't explain further.

Click Here and see for yourself..

I did not find the most extensive database of Kuwait Politics on a political Kuwaiti site..
nor on a popular Kuwaiti blog..
and most certainly not on the e-gov site..
nor on any Kuwaiti Newspaper website..

Instead.. I found it here
on the site of Prof. Michael Herb of Georgia State University.
Extensive is to say the least.. though not visually attractive..
never the less .. most informative..
A Must See .. (and bookmark for future reference)

Finally, we get to VOTE !
good things come out of bad things after all..

so we have like a month to study the candidates..
and guess who might not be corrupt.. if any..

a male candidate.. a female candidate..
doesn’t make a difference to me..

Voting for the Fittest !
